I’m a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) based in Vancouver, BC offering compassionate, client-centred therapy for adults. My work is grounded in warmth, non-judgment, and a deep respect for your lived experience.
I often work with folks who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating burnout, or simply feeling a little lost. You don’t have to have a big reason to reach out — sometimes, wanting to feel better is reason enough.
